When is the cut-off for delivery and in-store pickup?

Deadline for in-store pre-order is on October 17 once mall closes, while cutoff for online pre-order is on October 16, 12:00 PM.

Cut-off for Web Store pre-orders for NCR pick-up is on October 16, 12:00 PM (requires full payment on or before October 16, 12:00 PM).

Cut-off for Web Store pre-order for provincial store pick-up is on October 12 at 11:59 PM.

Do I need to pay in full upon pre-ordering? Can I make a partial payment?

There are 2 options available:

A. Pre-order in-store and pay the amount in full or a security deposit of at least P10,000.

B. Pre-order online at our web store and on Shopee and pay the amount in full.

How should I settle my balance for in-store pre-orders?

You may settle your balance on or before October 18, 2024 via any of our accepted mode of payments.

Can I change my unit after paying for the security deposit?

We do not allow changing of unit once the security deposit has been settled.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Security deposit is non-refundable.

What's the process on SM Malls Online pre-order?

Pre-orders via SM Malls Online will receive a pre-order form from SM after the payment of the security deposit or full amount. Accomplished form will tag the pre-order as complete.

When can I receive my order?

For in-store pre-order, you may pick up your order once the mall opens on October 18.

For Web Store pre-orders, deliveries will start on October 18.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination:

Standard Shipping: For Metro Manila orders, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. Provincial orders may take up to 8-15 working days to be delivered.
