Refund policy
In accordance with Section 3.5 (d) of the Terms and Conditions, you may be entitled to a refund if the Product delivered to you is defective, malfunctions, or fails to conform to a warranty. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Notify the Seller of the defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to a warranty within three (3) days of delivery and immediately upon your discovery through the Return Request Form.
- Return the Product to the Seller within seven (7) days of delivery in the original manufacturer packaging with all of its components and accessories.
- Provide the Seller with a written report from a manufacturer-authorized service center that the Product has a defect or malfunction or with a directive from the manufacturer to replace the product.

Provide the Seller with the original invoice.
If the Seller is unable to replace the Product or deliver an undelivered product, or if the Seller allows you a refund, the Seller will refund the purchase price of the Product. Any refund will be conditioned on your return and the Seller's acceptance of the Product. A refund will be made through a check which will be made to the person named as a payee (or depositor in case of bank deposit) in the payment mode you used to pay for your Order of the Product. The Seller may change the refund process at any time at its discretion. While the Seller aims to effect a refund at the soonest possible time, the processing of your refund may take time.
