Do you accept split payments?

No. Split payments are not allowed in our system.

Do you accept PMC gift cards?

Our website currently does not accept Power Mac Center (PMC) Gift Cards. However, you may still use them at any of our physical stores.

My order is still pending. Where can I pay?

All payments must be completed within the time allotted by our payment gateway. Otherwise, the payment session will automatically refresh. If your order remains on “pending” status, please check out the same item and the previous one will be automatically voided.

Can you please give me a price for a customized order?

The Power Mac Center online store currently does not sell customized models. To do this, you may visit any of our physical stores to get a quotation for customized models.

Can I order online and pay for it in store?

No. All online orders must be paid online as well before they can be deemed “successful.”

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment method?

No. We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick Up (COP) for our online store.

Do you issue an official receipt?

You will get a Sales Invoice upon delivery of your order from the Power Mac Center Web Store.

How much is your student discount?

We currently do not offer student discounts on our Web Store. For inquiries on how to avail of special deals for education, you may email academy@powermaccenter.com or join our official Viber Community for Education at https://tinyurl.com/PMCEducationSolutions.

Can the web store deliver to my location?

We can deliver orders made through our Web Store nationwide. But, we have a few reminders for both Metro Manila and Provincial customers:

  • For Metro Manila: Upon payment, please allow us an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days as we observe safety protocols in processing orders.
  • For Provincial areas: Allow us an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days as we observe safety protocols in processing orders.

How much is the shipping fee?

Your Shipping Fee depends on your location. We automatically calculate and display the Shipping Fee for you upon placing an order. To avoid delays and additional charges with shipping, please put the correct postal code during checkout.
*Note: The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Can I pick up my order from the nearest Power Mac Center store?

Yes, we accept pick-ups at select Power Mac Center stores. You may select this option during checkout to waive the shipping fee.


Prior to visiting a nearby Power Mac Center store, we will send an email regarding the status of your order to avoid any inconvenience.


You may claim your order/s by presenting the following to your preferred store:

  • Copy of your Web Order (printed or electronic copy);
  • Your government-issued ID; or
  • If someone else will receive it for you, please prepare the following:
    ◦ An Authorization Letter with your signature;
    ◦ A scanned copy of your two (2) valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature); and
    ◦ A copy of your representative’s two (2) valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)


You may also book a courier of your choice to pick up the item for you. You may use Lalamove, Grab Express, Transportify, or any other courier service available in your location. For this, kindly follow these steps:

  • Email us the following documents at webstore@powermaccenter.com prior to booking a courier
    ◦ An Authorization Letter with your signature;
    ◦ A scanned copy of your two (2) valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature); and
    ◦ Indicate your preferred pick-up date so that your order and documents will be prepared accordingly
  • Book a courier to pick up your item at your preferred Power Mac Center store;
  • Before we release your product to the courier, please send us the booking details at webstore@powermaccenter.com for security purposes. Your booked courier may claim your order by proceeding to the store and presenting a message from you with the following details:
    ◦ Your Name
    ◦ Web Order Number

How soon can I pick up my order in my selected Power Mac Center store?

You may select any of the following locations for store pick up. Estimated availability of your order is indicated per store which starts once your payment is confirmed


Please be guided by your preferred store’s operating hours before you pick up your order. Operating hours per store may vary on weekends and holidays. To check the latest operating hours, visit our Store Locator page.

For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm that your order is sealed, in good condition, delivered, and received correctly.

 

In case you aren’t available, please email us your next available schedule at the same delivery address at webstore@powermaccenter.com. You may also assign a new recipient through an authorization letter with your Government Issued ID.

I can’t pick-up my order. Can anyone receive this on my behalf?

Once your item is confirmed to be in our store, you may select any of the following options:

  • Nominate another recipient – You may have someone else pick up your item on your behalf provided that he/she presents the following:
    1. An Authorization Letter with your signature;
    2. A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature); and
    3. A copy of the recipient’s 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
  • Book a courier to pick up your item in your preferred Power Mac Center store.
    1. Send us the following documents via email at webstore@powermaccenter.com prior to booking a courier:
    - An Authorization letter with your signature;
    - A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature); and
    - Indicate your preferred pick-up date so that your order and documents will be prepared accordingly
    2. Book a courier to pick up your item at your preferred Power Mac Center Store
  • For your product to be released to your courier, please send us the booking details at webstore@powermaccenter.com for security purposes. Your booked courier may claim your order by proceeding to the store and presenting a message from you with the following details:
    - Your Name
    - Web Order Number
    - If these options aren’t possible for you, kindly contact us through webstore@powermaccenter.com

Can I still change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before placing an order if you have multiple places of residence or intend to send this as a gift to another recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed. Make sure to check your details before placing an order.

Where is my order? My order hasn’t arrived yet.

Please send an email to webstore@powermaccenter.com if you haven’t received your order/s within 2-3 business days for Metro Manila orders, or within 8-15 business days for provincial orders.

What if I feel uncertain about making a purchase?

You can save the items you’ve found today in your cart. But, we don’t consider the contents in your cart as “reserved” since our Web Store automatically clears your cart once you log out.


Be aware that some items might run out of stock, so always visit the website to check their availability.

Can I send my order to a different address as a gift?

Yes! On the cart, select “Add gift wrapping” under the product section, and have the product/s delivered to a different address. However, if you wish to have several items delivered as gifts to various addresses, you have to check it out separately since we limit one order per individual gift recipient.

Returns & Warranty

I received a faulty/damaged product, what should I do?

If you received a faulty/damaged item, kindly report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sending an email to webstore@powermaccenter.com and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

What is your ‘Warranty and Repairs’ Policy?

Each product information page states the duration of its warranty coverage. However, your device is subject to diagnosis by our technicians before you can avail of the warranty. We strongly recommend that you let us know within three (3) days of receiving your product if you find a defect or problem.

The following reasons are valid for warranty claims:

  • the Product delivered is not the Product you ordered;
  • the Product delivered does not correspond to the description listed on the Web Store for the Product you ordered;
  • the Product delivered does not include the complete components or accessories specified on the Web Store;
  • the number of Products delivered does not correspond to the number of products you ordered on the Web Store, or
  • without your unreasonable use, there is a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to a warranty of the Product delivered.


For defective Apple products, you may drop by at any Power Mac Center Service Center to have your device diagnosed.


For defective non-Apple products, you may send an email first to webstore@powermaccenter.com for guidance on the next steps.

What should I return if my warranty or replacement claim is valid?

The following should be included in the return process:

  • Device with all its components and accessories, 
  • Original manufacturer packaging, and
  • Original sales invoice


The item must also be returned without any mark or indication that it has been unreasonably or improperly used.

What are some reasons my warranty might be voided?

Warranty claims may not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Any Change of mind
  • Beyond limited warranty coverage
  • Product's natural wear and tear
  • Negligence / Misuse
  • Physical damage, including scratches & dents caused by the end user
  • Modified and repaired by an unauthorized service provider
  • Incomplete packaging and accessories upon return 
  • Unable to surrender original sales invoice

I purchased a product from one of your branches. Can I return it to your online store?

No. You must go back to the same Power Mac Center store where you purchased the item and they will be the ones to process your return.

Can I return my order if I mistakenly ordered the wrong item?

No. Change of mind is not a valid reason for replacement. However, if the product(s) is/are defective upon delivery, please fill out a Return Form and we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

How do I return a faulty item?

You may return your product by (a) having it picked up at your location by a courier who will then deliver the item to us, or (b) drop it off in-store.

What is 1 Infinite Access?

1 Infinite is Power Mac Center’s premier lifestyle rewards program – a key to all things Power Mac Center. It gives you access to a better and more rewarding shopping and customer experience as you enjoy exclusive deals and services.


Purchasing from the Power Mac Center Web Store entitles you to a 1 Infinite membership which will allow you to earn 1 Infinite point for each purchase, whether the items are bought both in-store or online.


For in-store purchases, simply present your Web Store account page to our cashier and they’ll be glad to assist you with the perks you can enjoy with your membership.

How can I create an account?

Joining 1 Infinite Access is free! You may sign up on our web store and start enjoying your loyalty perks.


For previous 1 Infinite Card members, you may sign up with the same registered email address of your card to automatically connect your account with your current tier status, purchase history, and point balance.

Can I change my account address?

You may change your address by logging in and visiting the Address Book to edit your address and contact details. However, other information such as your birthday and email address are not editable. You may contact our support team for any changes.

Where can I use my 1 Infinite account?

You may enjoy earning and spending points at any Power Mac Center and The Loop stores nationwide, including our Web Store at powermaccenter.com. Just present your 1 Infinite account page when you check out at our stores or log in for Web Store orders.


Exciting rewards for select services and training courses await you, so make sure to present your 1 Infinite Access account or log in during your purchases to never miss out on exclusive points and benefits.

What are loyalty points?

1 Infinite points are earned from purchases at any Power Mac Center and The Loop stores nationwide, on our Web Store, in any Mobile Care Service Centers, as well as at Basecamp Training Center. Points will immediately reflect as soon as they are synced with our system, and you may start spending these at our stores. Points earned per transaction will depend on your tier status.


However, remember to use your 1 Infinite points since they expire after 1 year of inactivity and will be deducted at the end of the month of expiration.

Unless stated in the promo's terms and conditions, there is no limit to rewards redemption for 1 Infinite purchase.

Can I use 1 Infinite Access in Viber Store, Shopee, and Lazada?

Unfortunately, digital sales platforms hosted outside of our Web Store platform are not yet eligible for 1 Infinite rewards and perks.

How can I maintain my tier?

1 Infinite members are assigned a tier depending on their recorded purchases. Each membership tier has corresponding maintenance guidelines that could be achieved by meeting the annual purchase requirement or having 10 transactions per year. The tier status of members will downgrade if maintenance conditions are not satisfied.

How can I set my preferred training schedule?

An account executive will contact you for your scheduled arrangement. You may also reach us at pbsi@powermaccenter.com.

Are the training prices VAT-inclusive?

No, the prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Why is there a shipping fee when I enroll for a training course?

You can’t avail training courses together with other products on our Web Store. Please make sure your cart does not have other products if you’re enrolling for a course. If you wish to include other items not related to the training course, you have to create a separate transaction.


Training courses do not incur shipping fees.* Please choose “Self Collect” under “Delivery Method” then select “PBSI Training Makati Office” as your pickup location to waive any shipping fees for the courses you’ve enrolled in.

*Note: Applicable for training courses only.

Can I refund my training fee?

Slots for training courses are non-refundable, but transferable. You may transfer your slot to another person in case of an emergency or a conflict with your schedule.

I’m out of town/overseas, do you provide hotel accommodations?

No we don't. We can email you a list of nearby hotels, but you have to make your own booking.

Are we allowed to audio or video record the training/workshops/seminars?

No. Audio or video recording of training, workshops, or seminars is strictly prohibited.

I missed 1 or 2 days of training, do I still get a certificate?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Please take note that we can only give the certificate if you attended at least 80% of the course’s duration.

Do you have on-site training?

Yes, we can do a special arrangement for courses with at least ten participants.

What if I missed my training schedule? Can I reschedule?

Yes. Kindly coordinate with our account executive at pbsi@powermaccenter.com to process your new schedule.

Can I choose my training based on what I need?

We have a 1-on-1 tutorial service intended for personal learning and other training programs fit for your requirements. If you’re booking for a company, we can set an arrangement to accommodate at least ten people.

Do you conduct training on weekends or holidays?

Yes, we can set a special arrangement during weekends or holidays for classes with at least 10 participants.

Can I choose a schedule based on your training calendar?

Yes. Please make sure your preferred schedule is confirmed by a PBSI account executive.

We offer door-to-door delivery.

How much is the shipping fee?

Your shipping fee depends on your location.

    ◦ For combination of orders, whichever rate is higher will apply.
  • For Provincial areas:

How can I track my order?

The assigned Account Manager will update you through your provided email or Viber number.

Do you accept customized orders?

Yes, we accept Customized-to-Order (CTO) units. Please take note that the lead time for CTOs is 15 to 20 weeks. 


Rest assured that the Account Manager assigned to you will send notifications about the status of your CTO through your provided email or Viber.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

Yes, it is possible to request for cancellation. However, please be aware that cancellation or modification of a duly-accepted order form shall give rise to your liability (as purchaser) for any expenses incurred by PMCI in fulfilling your order, including the full purchase price of the products as the same may no longer be sold to a third-party given the specifications ordered by you.
