Terms and Conditions

1. Customers who are 1 Infinite members who make a minimum purchase of P30,000 worth of products across all official Power Mac Center and The Loop stores nationwide, as well as the Web Store, will automatically be eligible for the raffle.
2. The winners will be drawn on January 13, 2025 at the Power Mac Center Head Office in Pasig City with the presence of a DTI representative via Google Meet.
3. Random.org will be used to draw the winners.
4. Customers are eligible to win only once. In the event that they are selected for two prizes, they will be awarded the higher-value prize.
5. There will be a total of 60 winners for the raffle.
6. Winners will be announced through official Power Mac Center social media channels (Facebook, Viber, Twitter) on January 20, 2025.
7. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Power Mac Center relating to the promo. The winner agrees that Power Mac Center may send communications related to the promo and may publicize their names in such mode and manner as Power Mac Center considers fit. The winner’s name may be published on Power Mac Center’s website & social media channels.
8. By providing their information to Power Mac Center, the winner grants consent for Power Mac Center to collect and process their personal information for the sole purpose of this contest and to validate the winners, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and Power Mac Center's Privacy Policy. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
9. Notification of Winners: Winners will begin receiving notifications for their prizes through postal mail, email, and SMS on January 13, 2025 onwards.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
11. Employees of Power Mac Center, as well as their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are ineligible to participate in the raffle.
12. Redemption/Claim Period: Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from the date of receiving the notification.
13. Power Mac Center Device & Accessory Prizes. The prizes will be sent to the winners' preferred store not later than 30 days from the announcement of winners, provided the requested information has been given to Power Mac Center. The winner will be able to claim the item within 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Power Mac Center with prior DTI approval.
14. Partner Prizes: BYD. The BYD Atto 3 Dynamic Electric Vehicle prize will be made available at BYD Makati (1702 Dian st., corner Sen. Gil Puyat, Brgy. San Isidro, Makati city) for the winner to receive. The winner will be able to claim the item within 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Power Mac Center with prior DTI approval.
15. Partner Prizes: Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles. Once contacted and provided the necessary account information, the Mabuhay Miles will be credited to the winner's account. The winner will be able to claim the item within 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Power Mac Center with prior DTI approval.
16. Winners are required to present their valid local government-issued ID along with the notification letter to claim the prize.
17. For claims made through an authorized representative, a notarized authorization letter, notification letter, along with a valid ID of both the winner and the authorized person, must be presented.
18. Customers are eligible to win only once. In the event that they are selected for two prizes, they will be awarded the higher-value prize.
