Note: Open Wires not accepted for warranty except for DURATEK LIGHTNING CABLES
CHARGERS/WIRELESS CHARGERS:
A. Accepted In-store Upon Open (Outright replacement):
- Or any damaged on the item
B. Accepted Out-of-Store Warranty (2-YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE):
- Busted LED lights (even if it's still working)
C. For Chargers with Bundled Cable (Customer should surrender both items):
- The charger is still working and the cable is defective (warranty provisions on cables should apply)
- The cable is still working but the charger is defective
DOCKS
Accepted In-store Upon Open (Outright replacement):
- "Accessory not Supported" Message
Accepted Out of store (2-YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE):
- "Accessory not Supported" Message
- Warranty is void if there's physical damage (open wire) on the cable of the adapter.
