Accepted In-store Upon Open (Outright replacement):

• Dents

• Scratches

• Not charging

• Intermittent Charging

• Damaged Pin

• Or any damaged on the item

Accepted Out-of-Store Warranty (2-YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE):

• Not Charging

• Intermittent Charging

• Busted LED lights (even if it's still working)

For Chargers with Bundled Cable (Customer should surrender both items):

• The charger is still working and the cable is defective (warranty provisions on cables should apply)

• The cable is still working but the charger is defective
