UpTrade: Power Mac Center's Trade-in Program

Here's how you can trade in your device.

  • 1. Visit https://powermacuptrade.compasia.com.

  • 2. Follow the diagnostic steps to generate the device trade-in value.

  • 3. Proceed to the store nearest you and show our Mac Experts the generated QR code to confirm the device’s final trade-in value.

  • 4. The final trade-in value can be used to purchase any product in the store.

Guidelines

  1. Trade-in value is still subject to change depending on the final in store assessment of the device and until the trade-in device is surrendered to the store to complete the purchase.
  2. Customers can trade in as many devices as possible. Trade in value must be consumed and cannot be converted to cash, loyalty points or other services.
  3. Customers must back up their device prior to trading in.
  4. Customers must ensure that their iCloud or Google Accounts on the trade-in device have been logged out.
  5. iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, smartphones, and tables from other brands are also accepted.
