There are 2 options available:

  1. Pre-order in-store and pay the amount in full or a security deposit of at least P10,000.
  2. Pre-order online and pay the amount in full.

How should I settle my balance for in-store pre-orders?

You may settle your balance on or before day of pick-up.

Can I change my unit after paying for the security deposit?

We do not allow changing of unit once the security deposit has been settled.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Security deposit is non-refundable.

Is there an available installment option?
