When is the cut-off for delivery and in-store pickup?
Deadline for in-store pre-order is on October 16 once store closes, while cutoff for online pre-order is on October 15, 11:59 PM.
Cut-off for Web Store pre-orders for store pick-up:
Metro Manila is on October 15, 11:59 PM (requires full payment on or before October 15, 11:59 PM)
Provincial is on October 10, 11:59 PM (requires full payment on or before October 10, 11:59 PM)
Do I need to pay in full upon pre-ordering? Can I make a partial payment?
There are 2 options available:
A. Pre-order in-store and pay the amount in full or a security deposit of at least ₱3,100.
B. Pre-order online at our web store and on Shopee and pay the amount in full.
How should I settle my balance for in-store pre-orders?
You may settle your balance on or before October 17, 2025 via any of our accepted mode of payments.
Can I change my unit after paying for the security deposit?
We do not allow changing of unit once the security deposit has been settled.
