This is an ESD - Electronic Software Delivery. No physical box will be shipped out. Customers will receive an activation code and instructions for Microsoft 365 Personal subscription via email.
No cancellation/return/refund will be accepted once the product key has been delivered.
All Microsoft Account, Installation, and Activation concerns (i.e. forgotten password) are not subject for return.
