WARRANTY COVERAGE

2. Warranty can be availed from the date of purchase by providing any of the valid proof of purchase:

a.) Official Receipt

b.) Sales Invoice

c.) Certificate of Purchase with the following details;

-Dealer's Name

-Name of Customer

-Date of Purchase

-Product Brand and Model

3. Warranty is only valid for original purchaser only.

4. Warranty applies only to products purchased for use and not for resale.

5. Seven (7) days Product Replacement Warranty - Customer may avail the 7-Days Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase and is limited to factory defect only and not caused by negligence, misuse or mishandling by the customer. Requirements:

a.) Original Receipt / Sales Invoice

b.) No physical damage on the product

c.) Warranty Card (if any) is intact and not tampered

d.) with Complete Accessories

e.) Packaging/Box is still intact

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

1. Without Proof of Purchase.

2. Tampered Proof of Purchase.

3. Product label specifying the model number & serial number that has been removed and/or altered.

4. Damages due to installation, repairs, alteration or modification that have been carried out by unauthorized service personnel.

5. Damages due to neglect, abuse, misuse, improper operation.

6. Defect on consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product

7. Excessively and inappropriate use of product.

8. Defect is caused due to attachment of peripherals, accessories other than those approved and recommended in the instruction manual.

9. Damaged is caused by accident including but not limited to lightning, wrong voltage, water, fire and natural disaster.

10. Animal, pest damage or insect infestation.

11. Warranty does not apply to AS IS, Open Box purchases and Special Disposal Sale.

12. Change of mind of the customer regarding the product.
