Manufacturer's defects including problems with power/charging, defective cases, fit issues, physical damages and missing accessories out of the box, and electronic malfunctions. These cover factory-related issues.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Items excluded from the RMA policy are as follows:

• Products that show signs of normal wear and tear, end-user damage or abuse (Physical damage, scratches, water marks, dents, extreme dirt, etc.) and user negligence.

• Screen protectors and other consumables that have already been used.

• Items with missing components (Missing parts, no packaging).

• Return reason falling under Change of mind or mistaken purchase.
