GENERAL GUIDE:

Acceptable Defects for In-Store & Out-of-Store Warranty:

1. Non-Adhesive - does not stick on device (in-store and out-of-store warranty)

2. Bubbles (in-store and out-of-store warranty)

3. Scratches (in-store warranty only)

Out-of-Store Warranty Void for the Following Defects:

1. Dents

2. Breakage/Crack

3. Removed from Device

A. In-Store Warranty: Outright replacement of the product if the screen protector:

1. Does not stick on the device.

2. Has bubbles when applied.

3. Has scratches/dents/breakage/cracks/discoloration upon opening from packaging.

B. Out-of-Store Warranty: Within seven (7) days of purchase upon installation of the screen protector in-store -Outright replacement of the product if the screen protector:

1. Does not stick on the device.

2. Has bubbles.

3. Has discoloration.

-Warranty void if the screen protector:

1. Has dents.

2. Has breakage and/or cracks.

3. Is detached from the device.

After seven (7) days up to two (2) years warranty -Outright replacement if the screen protector:

1. Has discoloration.

Within one (1) year warranty -This is for the Corning Glass SKUs ONLY and can only be availed ONCE. -Outright replacement if the screen protector:

1. Has dents/breakage/cracks.
