This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
No 7-days outright replacement, especially for Battery/Power-related issues (not charging, intermittent charging, etc). If not avoided, it should be limited to factory defects only, and not caused by negligence, misuse or mishandling of the customer. Battery issues required to be sent to BOSE Service Center for proper assessment and diagnosis. Battery issue needs proper observation period before confirming unit is defective.
