In general, damage caused due to inappropriate use, is not covered by warranty, obvious physical damage to the product is considered inappropriate use
Accepted for Warranty:
Does not charge at all but no damage to the cable or connector is accepted. (Note: please try cleaning the connector pin on the lightning cable.)
Shows unsupported but no damage to the cable or connector. (Note: please try cleaning the connector pin on the lightning cable.)
Structural damage (weak point or easily damaged structure, ex: detached pin).
Damage spotted upon package seal breach.
Not Valid for Warranty:

Adam elements does not take any responsibility on any data stored on the iKlips by user, most of the connectivity issues are repairable, please contact service dept for solution.
Firmware update failed
Error codes : 2307 (shows not supported)
Shows 30x = (shows as USB DISK 53X under system info or device manager)
Unsupport Files System, or unable to read/write data (Note: Please try reformatting iKlips in iKlips app)
Snapped/Bent connector (one time replacement per customer only)
