
On the third week of March 2013, Power Mac Center and the other service providers in the country were informed by our principal’s courier that they were unable to secure from the Bureau of Customs the release of all the replacement parts shipped to us by our principal.
This partial release of replacement parts necessarily resulted to the slowdown of our repairs. Thus, we could not provide our usual repair turnaround time TEMPORARILY.
Our principal has informed us that they are presently working on finding a positive and permanent resolution to address this matter.
Once this matter is resolved by our principal, all pending repairs will be attended to at the soonest possible time.
