End-to-end account management.

Education Business Group CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Development and delivery of Professional Development, for Teachers and Consultants, in the use of Apple products and education solutions for teaching and learning.

Provision of a consultative service on the integration of Apple products and education solutions with current K12 curriculum

Presenting education solutions to the education market and demonstrating how Power Mac education solutions can best meet customer needs. Providing education expertise to customers including follow-up after the sale to ensure effective implementation of Apple products and solutions.

Partnering with Team Leader, Account Executives and Technical Engineers on executing the strategic sales plan for the territory

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education or equivalent

  • With exceptional knowledge of the education market and an understanding of effective classroom technology is a must.

  • With strong working knowledge of Apple products and education solution are highly desirable

  • Experience as a classroom teacher and/or curriculum consultant and in developing and delivering professional development for educators is also highly desirable

  • Knowledgeable in Education system (K-12 and Higher Ed) Curriculum in the Philippines.

Responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to employees with their initial benefits enrollment, changes in coverage and claim issues. It also involves delivering full spectrum of benefits distinctively offered by the company from employee assistance programs to separation benefits. It also requires providing administrative aid to all facets of Human Resource group.

  • Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course.

This position shall handle repair & maintain the highest standard of technical service to clients in accordance with the agreed Apple Service Excellence performance level, while at the same time preserving Company interests.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam. Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Premium Service Provider CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Properly facilitate screening and receiving of customer products/s that require post-sales service. Accurately provide feedback to over-the counter technical inquires from walk-in customers. Properly handle/resolve customer complaints & concerns both pre-after sale transactions.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

Retail Business Group MAC EXPERT (SALES SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST)
To promote and sell products and services to clients. To build and maintain strong client relationship that will lead to high-level customer satisfaction, while preserving company interest and achievement of sales target.

  • At least College level of any business or service related course.

  • Preferably knowledgeable in Apple applications for consumer and professional markets with customer satisfaction techniques.

Retail Business Group CASHIER
Responsible for customer’s payment processing, in compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures.

  • College level of any business or IT related course.

  • Preferably with1 year cashiering experience in a customer oriented establishment

Retail Business Group INVENTORY STAFF
Responsible for the effective monitoring and safekeeping of all inventory of the assigned branch.

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistic Management or any Business related course.
